Part-Time Retail Supervisor – Aventura Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Supervisor to lead the Levis® Store at Aventura Mall. You will help create an energetic store environment, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑energy store experience by engaging customers and modeling service standards.
• Coach and train team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Partner with the Store Manager on performance feedback, talent development, and scheduling.
• Handle cash, merchandise, shipments, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining compliance.
• Flex store strategies with management to meet daily sales and performance targets.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers.
