Part-Time Retail Keyholder – Sales & Customer Service

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Keyholder to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, support store operations, and drive sales in the Garden Center location.

Key responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities by engaging customers, promoting product features, and achieving daily sales targets.
• Assist with product placement, inventory replenishment, store operations, and visual merchandising to maintain an organized and attractive sales floor.
• Coach and train team members on selling behaviors, customer service standards, and store policies to ensure consistent brand experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrates Levi’s values such as originality, integrity, empathy, and courage, and contributes positively to store culture.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales performance goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, stand for extended periods, kneel, climb ladders, and possesses reliable transportation for shift coverage.
