Part-Time Remote Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Scrum Master to support a development team that modernizes critical projects. This part‑time, work‑from‑home position focuses on applying Agile best practices, coaching the team toward sprint goals, and delivering real‑time data that impacts law‑enforcement operations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Use Jira and the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira Align) to track progress and manage change requests.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solutions Architects, and client stakeholders to align priorities.
• Collect and report progress metrics regularly.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience as a Scrum Master (preferably up to 10 years overall).
• Proven track record in Agile development and implementation across multiple domains (data, application, infrastructure).
• Strong coaching and training abilities in Agile methodologies.
• Scrum Master certification (any recognized certification).
• Resident of the US or Canada.
