Part-Time Merchandise Stocker – St Thomas, VI

About the role

Woodgrain is seeking a reliable part‑time Merchandise Stocker to service high‑volume national account stores in St Thomas, Virgin Islands. You will ensure stores are well‑stocked, clean, and merchandised according to company standards while building strong relationships with store staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑store service visits, including cleaning aisles, straightening stock, and restocking displays.
• Receive and unpack freight, then stock inventory according to published guidelines.
• Cull damaged or unsellable material and issue electronic credits.
• Maintain signage, pricing, and product placement to optimize presentation.
• Generate weekly credit reports and handle ordering to replenish inventory.
• Cover service calls when regular representatives are unavailable.
• Complete merchandising projects and resets assigned by the area manager.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb regularly.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build dependable relationships with store management.
• Reliability and willingness to work in a labor‑intensive environment.
