As the welcoming face of our boutique you will guide customers, help them discover their perfect coffee match and create memorable experiences with Nespresso.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand advocate, sharing Nespresso’s sustainability mission.
• Greet and engage customers, providing a memorable boutique experience.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Conduct complimentary coffee tastings and promote products.
• Maintain boutique displays, stock the coffee wall, and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to support a cohesive work environment.
• Participate in training to develop coffee expertise.

Required profile

• People‑oriented with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, flexible environment.
• Reliable and available for opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Patient, resourceful and able to troubleshoot on the spot.
