Part-Time Line Cook

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time line cook to join the Karbach Brewing Company kitchen in Houston. The role supports daily operations, preparing high‑quality dishes that meet Karbach’s standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will work under the supervision of kitchen supervisors and the hospitality management team, ensuring each plate reflects our commitment to quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and portion standards.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in all prep and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Follow proper food storage and labeling procedures.
• Assist with kitchen setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Prior line‑cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Current Texas Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one).
• Reliable, positive, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with Sunday availability.
