Part-Time Leasing Professional – Residential Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to support a stabilized residential community of 329 units. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing activities and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings, and conduct criminal background checks.
• Manage lease sign‑ups, coordinate move‑ins, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout lease terms.
• Secure lease renewals and maintain resident relationships to promote retention.
• Maintain weekend availability, working Wednesday through Sunday as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Ability to work flexible weekend hours.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using CRM platforms for lead tracking.
• Familiarity with Rentana leasing tools.
