Part-Time Leasing Professional – Pradera

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for its Pradera community in San Antonio. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare lease packages to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record prospect activity, and manage resident data.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal letters, contacting residents early, and ensuring timely execution of renewal documents.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and any state or local leasing licenses required by jurisdiction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to respond to resident inquiries promptly.
