About the role
Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to support the Townes at Mill Run community in Owings Mills, Maryland. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
- Inspect apartments prior to occupancy and address any issues.
- Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and facilitate lease renewals.
