About the role
The Carnahan Collection is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team in Spokane. This part-time role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
- Lease units to new residents and manage the leasing process.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout lease terms.
- Secure lease renewals and support resident retention goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leasing or property management.
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to exceed expectations.
