Part-Time Keyholder – Retail Store

About the role

Levi's is seeking a part‑time Keyholder to join the team at Westfield Southcenter in Tukwila, Washington. The role supports store management, drives sales, and ensures an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills; able to support, assist, and coach associates.
• Adherence to Levi’s policies, procedures, and directives from store management.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Capable of heavy lifting (up to 40 lb) and frequent movement, including kneeling and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
