Part-Time Keyholder at Levi's Arden Fair Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Keyholder to join the team at the Arden Fair Mall store in Sacramento. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create a welcoming shopping experience while supporting sales and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Support sales goals by promoting Levi’s, Dockers, and Beyond Yoga merchandise.
• Maintain visual standards, restock floors, and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Open and close the store, handle cash and POS transactions, and safeguard store keys.
• Coach and train team members on selling techniques and store policies.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, and merchandising tasks.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance targets.
• Adheres to all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
