Part-Time Key Holder – Retail Store (SoHo, NY)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Key Holder for its SoHo retail store. The role blends customer‑facing service with store‑leadership duties, supporting the Store Manager in delivering an authentic Levi’s experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge and suggest looks based on current trends and promotions.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and the omni‑channel experience.
• Resolve consumer concerns and partner with management on escalated issues.
• Train and coach staff on LS&CO selling practices and customer service standards.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns and replenishment.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales and performance goals.
• Adopt and advocate for new in‑store technologies that enhance the consumer experience.

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation; high school diploma or GED preferred.
