Part-Time Key Holder – Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Key Holder to join its Citadel store in Commerce, CA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create a welcoming environment and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and compliance with policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product selection.
• Support sales goals by promoting Levi’s, Dockers and Beyond Yoga merchandise.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor stocked.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Coach and train team members on selling techniques and store procedures.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Willingness to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, reaching and climbing ladders.
• Commitment to Levi’s values of originality, integrity and customer empathy.
