Part-Time Key Holder – Retail (Boston, MA)

About the role

You will be the face of Levi’s at the Seaport store, delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. The role blends customer interaction, merchandising, and cash handling in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach staff to provide an ultimate consumer experience.
• Promote Levi’s omni‑channel experience and engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist store management with training, coaching, and elevated consumer issues.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales and performance goals.
• Adopt and advocate for new in‑store technologies that enhance the shopper experience.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a strong interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a busy, fast‑paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
• Collaborative role model who embodies inclusion and belonging.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and perform standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED preferred.
