Part-Time Key Holder at Mall of America

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Key Holder for its Mall of America store in Bloomington, MN. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience through customer service, sales, merchandising and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach store staff to provide outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
• Assist with product placement, visual merchandising and getting merchandise to the sales floor.
• Support the leadership team by driving sales opportunities, training teammates and maintaining operational excellence.
• Help create a positive, engaging shopping environment and lead key initiatives.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store sales and performance goals.
• Complies with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Customer‑service orientation.
• Basic point‑of‑sale (POS) operation.
