Part-Time House Manager – Flexible Schedule

About the role

We are a busy family of four in Clayton, Missouri seeking a reliable part-time House Manager to keep our home running smoothly. The role offers a flexible weekday schedule of 15-18 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $28-$32 based on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily tidiness of common areas, manage dishes, trash, recycling and vacuum high‑traffic zones.
• Coordinate household inventory, restock supplies, run errands and handle donation drop‑offs.
• Prepare grocery lists, shop, store and prep food, and assemble simple slow‑cooker meals.
• Manage laundry, ironing, dry‑cleaning coordination and rotate linens.
• Serve as point of contact for home‑maintenance vendors and schedule routine services.
• Assist with occasional pet care, dog walking and transportation for children when needed.

Required profile

• Reliable, detail‑oriented individual who takes pride in a well‑organized home.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable around children and pets, and able to adapt as family needs evolve.
• Professional demeanor with good communication skills and ability to work independently.
