Part-Time House & Estate Manager for Busy Family

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Part‑time House & Estate Manager to support a busy family of five in St Louis, MO. The role combines daily household oversight of the primary residence with periodic visits to a lake house, ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, and family logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness across key areas such as the kitchen, mudroom, garage, and children’s spaces, including daily resets and coordination with the cleaning crew.
• Manage household inventories, run errands, handle mail, and coordinate deliveries, returns, and gift shopping.
• Support meal preparation by working with a weekly chef, pre‑portioning ingredients, and batch‑preparing grab‑and‑go snacks.
• Oversee contractors, landscapers, and service providers; schedule repairs, seasonal tasks, and pool/spa maintenance.
• Visit the lake house twice monthly to inspect systems, restock supplies, and prepare the property for guests.
