About the role
The lab assistant provides assistance to the instructor and supports students in a classroom or lab setting, and may also help other departments when no class is in session.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the instructor and provide student support in classroom or lab settings.
- Assist other departments when no class is being conducted.
Required profile
- Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with students.
- Strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; graduate of a related program preferred.
- Work experience related to the course is preferred.
