Part-Time Concierge – Resident Services

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable part-time concierge to support residents and visitors at our Arlington community. The role involves greeting guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating various resident services to enhance the living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while they wait for team members.
• Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and follow up on service-request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, oversee payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading-dock and elevator usage for move-ins and move-outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning and manage package deliveries, notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry-cleaning services, and other community-provided amenities.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Keep up-to-date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional on-call duties.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $23.50.
