Part-Time Business Development Coordinator

About the role

Divided Sky Foundation is seeking an energetic, organized, and mission‑driven Part‑Time Business Development Coordinator to support its recovery‑focused programs. The role is 20 hours per week, primarily remote but requires on‑site presence at the Ludlow facility and travel throughout Vermont to build partnerships and promote the 12‑step abstinence‑based model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and maintain existing relationships within the Vermont behavioral‑health market.
• Assist in growing and tracking the census for the Residential Recovery Program.
• Act as the public face of Divided Sky, creating and expanding referral networks.
• Serve as liaison between Divided Sky and referral partners, assessing needs and resolving issues.
• Schedule and host on‑site tours for referral communities.
• Represent the organization at conferences, recovery events, community meetings, and committees to generate referral opportunities.
• Document all meeting activity in the CRM database.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the 12‑step, abstinence‑based recovery landscape in Vermont.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Highly organized and creatively persistent in identifying partnership opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for statewide travel.
