Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Pediatric ABA

About the role

Reliant ABA Therapy is seeking a part‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide pediatric ABA services in Cypress, TX. You will work directly with children from birth to 12 years old, designing and delivering individualized treatment plans that address communication, behavior, social, and emotional challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinic‑based ABA therapy to children, creating customized treatment plans.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret session data to refine interventions.
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and multidisciplinary team members.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices through ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience providing ABA therapy to pediatric clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive treatment decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
