About the role
A Bank Teller processes routine financial transactions while providing accurate, efficient, and courteous customer service. As a front‑line representative of the bank, this role supports customer needs, promotes appropriate products and services, follows established policies and procedures, and contributes to a positive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform teller paying and receiving functions.
- Promote bank products and services to customers.
Required profile
- Enjoys working with people.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of general banking principles.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Good phone skills.
- Must be able to recognize and count U.S. currency.
- Must be able to work legally in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass credit and background screenings.
