Parking Attendant (Non-Driving)

About the role

Propark Mobility is seeking courteous Parking Attendants to manage vehicle entry and exit at its Hartford facility. The role involves guiding customers, handling tickets, and ensuring smooth operations without operating a vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Direct patrons to available parking spaces and issue tickets.
• Process exception transactions such as lost or grace‑period tickets according to company policy.
• Complete daily shift paperwork, recording transaction counts, vehicle flow, and validated tickets.
• Maintain a professional appearance, greet customers, answer questions, resolve issues, and thank them upon exit.
• Perform minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by local management.
• Assist with special projects or other duties as required.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Availability for morning, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts.
