Paralegal / Fee Earner – Conveyancing (Residential)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal / Fee Earner to join a reputable residential conveyancing practice in Boston, East Midlands. The successful candidate will handle conveyancing matters from inception through to post‑completion, supporting both freehold and leasehold transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all types of conveyancing matters from inception to post‑completion.
• Handle registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold transactions, including new builds and shared ownership.
• Process remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy arrangements.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
• Provide client liaison and support throughout the conveyancing process.

Required profile

• Qualified or part‑qualified paralegal, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.
