Packaging Sales Representative – Phoenix, AZ

About the role

As a Packaging Sales Representative based in Phoenix, AZ, you will drive growth of 3M’s packaging solutions across Food & Beverage, Healthcare and e‑fulfillment markets. You will work with end‑users and channel partners to expand the territory and develop new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and existing end‑user customers for the packaging portfolio, focusing on multi‑location accounts.
• Collaborate with the packaging sales team and inside‑sales resources to pursue opportunities.
• Set and achieve sales goals, using resources and tactics to exceed objectives.
• Maintain relationships with key personnel at multiple buying levels to generate leads and meet territory targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) completed prior to start.
• Minimum three years of independent field‑sales experience managing a defined territory.
• Valid driver’s license; a company vehicle will be provided.

Required skills

• Field sales expertise in a private, public, government or military environment.
