About the role

The Overnight Prevailing Wage Concierge provides essential resident services during night hours at Greystar’s Lumen property. Acting as the primary point of contact, the concierge ensures a welcoming environment, smooth move‑in/out processes, and timely communication of local resources.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, maintaining a comfortable waiting area.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Manage guest suite scheduling, ensuring payment and cleanliness.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities for daily opening.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community offerings.
• Assist in planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and nurture relationships with concierge vendors.
