Overnight Front Office Agent (11pm‑7:30am)

About the role

Sentral is looking for an Overnight Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for residents and guests during the night shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am). The role is on‑site at one of Sentral’s residential communities and focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality and resolving inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests by name, answer calls, messages and requests, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Manage building access, monitor entry lobbies, and ensure security of the property.
• Run daily reports, track special requests, and follow up on service tickets.
• Promote community amenities and local businesses through active marketing and partnership initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, stock refreshment stations, and handle light administrative tasks.
• Assist with emergency procedures, property evacuations, and safety reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles; multifamily experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in‑person and via phone/email.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
