Outside Services Attendant – Golf Operations

About the role

The Driftwood Golf & Ranch Club is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to support the Golf Operations Department. You will help create a premium experience for members, guests, and teammates by ensuring equipment and service areas are clean, organized, and ready for play.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with Assistant Golf Professionals and the Outside Services Manager about events and operations.
• Clean and wash golf carts according to club procedures.
• Maintain, wash, dry, and fold towels; set up member and guest bags for play.
• Store bags in the proper location promptly.
• Greet members and guests courteously, load bags, and move carts to staging areas.
• Thoroughly clean players' golf clubs.
• Assist the Practice Range Attendant with hitting‑station setup and collect golf balls from the range.
• Restock buckets and pick‑range equipment as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in hospitality or service is strongly preferred.
• Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette.
• Valid driver’s license; CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 lb for extended periods.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
