Outbound Telesales Agent

About the role

Join a caring community as an Outbound Telesales Agent, responsible for contacting members to schedule virtual healthcare appointments. This fully remote position serves residents of Mississippi and works closely with healthcare providers to improve member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to members, promoting and scheduling virtual appointments.
• Explain the benefits of virtual visits and address any questions or concerns.
• Record call outcomes, member responses, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.
• Follow up with members, providers, and external entities to ensure appointments are confirmed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet weekly and monthly scheduling targets.
• Stay up‑to‑date on healthcare services and comply with all regulatory and privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Strong ability to connect with customers and build emotional engagement.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume telephonic environment.
• Passion for enhancing consumer experiences in healthcare.
• Reliable home internet meeting minimum speed requirements.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM (customer relationship management) system.
