OTC Equity Drafter (Permanent, New York)

About the role

Join Delta Capita’s Post Trade Services Business in New York, supporting leading financial institutions with OTC equity structured product documentation and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Mitigate risk and confirm OTC derivative transitions with internal and external clients via paper or electronic confirmation.
• Handle trade confirmation language, economic breaks, and collaborate with counterparties to resolve urgent issues.
• Draft ad‑hoc confirmations and create templates, securing approvals from Sales, Trading and Legal.
• Deliver strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency and control.
• Manage additional tasks as required by business demand.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of the 2002 and 2006 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions.
• Proven experience drafting and reviewing OTC Equity Structured Products such as Conditional Variance Swaps, Phoenix Autocalls, Swap Strategies, and Worst/Best of Strategies.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of ISDA Equity and Swap definitions.
• Expertise in drafting OTC equity structured product documentation.
