Ochsner Lafayette General is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a rapidly expanding, high‑volume practice. The position offers immediate block time, a strong referral network, and the chance to work with state‑of‑the‑art technology in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide spine surgery care within a thriving practice that serves a large patient base.
• Teach and collaborate with residents, offering low call burden for better work‑life balance.
• Utilize advanced technology such as the O‑arm imaging system for spinal procedures.
• Work alongside multiple APPs and dedicated scrub techs for clinical and surgical support.
• Participate in 2‑3 OR days per week, maintaining a balanced schedule.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Spine Surgeon.
• Open to both experienced surgeons and recent graduates looking to build a practice.

Required skills

• Spine surgery expertise.
