Organic Growth Lead

About the role

Credit Genie is seeking its first dedicated Organic Growth Lead to design and execute an end‑to‑end organic acquisition engine. The role will shape the SEO/AEO strategy, create high‑impact content, and drive measurable growth for a fast‑growing fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the organic growth roadmap, including SEO/AEO, keyword and topic strategy, and editorial calendar.
• Research, write, and publish SEO‑ and answer‑engine‑optimized content across blogs, website pages, in‑app copy, and guides.
• Implement technical SEO improvements: site architecture, structured data, schema markup, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with design, product, growth, data, engineering, social, compliance and product teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and translate insights into actionable optimisations.
• Maintain and evolve the brand voice, ensuring consistency and trust across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands‑on tasks from research to publishing.
• Experience building and scaling organic acquisition engines in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, working with design, product, engineering and marketing teams.
• Passion for fintech and financial wellness products.

Required skills
