Order Entry Specialist

About the role

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences? As an Order Entry Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our account representative team, ensuring every customer order is processed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company’s system.
• Review and verify order details for accuracy, including pricing, terms, and delivery information.
• Maintain constant communication with account representatives to ensure orders meet customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams.
• Provide updates on order status to stakeholders and manage order‑related documentation.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or a related field.
• Experience in a customer service or logistics environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar order processing system).
• Salesforce (or equivalent).
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Outlook.
