Order Entry Clerk

About the role

We are looking for an Order Entry Clerk to help process and maintain accurate customer and order information. In this remote role you will enter orders into company systems, review details for accuracy, and resolve missing or incorrect information.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into company systems
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness
• Update order and customer information when needed
• Identify and flag missing or incorrect details
• Follow up on order‑related questions and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate order records
• Complete assigned orders and tasks on time

Required profile

• Previous experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, administration, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good typing and computer skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital systems
• Organized and able to handle repetitive tasks consistently
• Good communication and follow‑up skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace
