Oracle PPM/Grants Report Writer

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for an experienced Oracle PPM/Grants Report Writer to develop, maintain and optimize reports and dashboards within Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management and Grants Management. The role supports business stakeholders, finance teams and executive leadership with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from stakeholders and design, develop, test and maintain reports, dashboards and data extracts in Oracle Fusion PPM and Grants Management.
• Create and support BI Publisher, OTBI and Oracle Fusion reporting solutions, including operational, financial, compliance and executive‑level reports.
• Validate report accuracy, perform data reconciliation, and ensure data integrity across Oracle Fusion and external systems.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts and system administrators to troubleshoot issues and support project accounting, costing, billing and grants reporting.
• Develop automated reporting solutions, provide end‑user training, and assist with audit and compliance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience developing reports and analytics in Oracle environments, supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM and/or Grants Management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with ability to manage multiple reporting requests.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
• SQL query writing and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Understanding of project accounting, costing, budgeting and grants administration processes.
