Oracle ERP Project Manager (Senior)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves guiding projects from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment across multiple U.S. locations.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive business requirement documents based on workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design high‑ and low‑level software solutions, validate prototypes, and refine functionality.
• Lead development teams, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with architectural specifications.
• Define and execute testing strategies that meet functional and non‑functional criteria.
• Oversee technical implementation of system infrastructure and new applications, ensuring timely roll‑outs.
• Coordinate system transitions to minimize operational disruption.
• Analyze incident trends, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain knowledge bases and provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale Oracle ERP implementations.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering projects on schedule and within scope.
