Oracle EBS OTL Techno-Functional Senior Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a senior techno‑functional consultant to support Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) R12 upgrades focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) and Time & Labor (OTL) modules. The role can be performed from any location in the United States, including remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and configure HCM and OTL modules.
• Lead end‑to‑end upgrade activities for Oracle EBS R12 (versions 12.2.6 to 12.2.14), including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Map applications for upgrade, ensure cross‑module integration, and document lessons learned.
• Provide user training, prepare documentation, drive UAT, support cutover/go‑live, and deliver hyper‑care support.
• Share domain knowledge with team members and assist with integration testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• U.S. person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15.
• Experience with at least one full‑cycle Oracle EBS 12.2.xx upgrade.
• Understanding of system integrations, batch scheduling, and software engineering best practices.
