About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Cloud Technology Analyst to join its Oracle unit in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on delivering Oracle Cloud solutions, particularly Financials Cloud and Oracle Apps, to help clients accelerate digital transformation and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, capture software specifications, and create process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new applications following detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects, and support software performance enhancements.
• Assist with integration of new features and ensure smooth transitions within existing infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, resolve issues promptly, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base.
