Infosys is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join its Oracle unit in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on delivering advanced Oracle Cloud solutions that help enterprises streamline talent management and recruitment processes while driving digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customizations and integrations based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on the ERP platform, collaborating with development teams to build critical applications.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives and security audits.
• Create detailed documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.
