Oracle CC&B Tech Consultant – Multiple US Locations

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) Technical Consultant to join its SURE unit, which focuses on digital transformation for services, utilities, energy, and resources sectors. The role will be based in one of several US locations (Newport, NJ; Phoenix, AZ; Richardson, TX) and involves delivering advanced Oracle solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform business analysis using predictive analytics and scenario modelling to identify strategic opportunities.
• Evaluate IT solutions for effectiveness and alignment with client goals.
• Create precise system documentation and translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Research third‑party products, providing detailed insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities.
• Design solution architectures and develop comprehensive diagrams ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Lead technical implementation, optimize system performance, and design maintenance strategies for long‑term reliability.

Required profile

• Domain Consultant level 3 / Principal Consultant experience within the Utilities Global Business Unit.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to influence long‑term strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting and presenting technical solutions.
