O.R. Sales Associate – New Mexico

About the role

The Sales Associate nurtures existing accounts, reports sales forecasts and works closely with the assigned Regenerative Surgical Specialist (RSS) in the designated territory. Daily tasks include calling on medical facilities and supporting physicians in the operating room.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regenerative Surgical Specialist to sell Kerecis products to designated medical facilities.
• Work varied hours, including weekends, to meet physicians and provide case coverage.
• Cold‑call identified accounts and physicians, deliver promotional materials and collect contact information.
• Nurture and grow existing business within the territory.
• Achieve revenue targets set for Kerecis products.
• Assess customer needs with the RSS and provide timely follow‑up.
• Assist with educational in‑service, lunch and dinner events for training.
• Report sales forecasts to the RSS and update the CRM system weekly.
• Provide case coverage in the operating room and attend weekly calls with the RSS to plan actionable items.
• Monitor local market developments and advise Kerecis on trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1‑3 years of business‑to‑business sales experience.
