Operator & Railway Yard Worker - Full-Time

About the Position

Join JENNMAR Services as a versatile Operator and Railway Yard Worker. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in a dynamic environment involving light equipment operation, manual labor, and essential railway yard activities.

Main Missions

• Operate various types of light equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage railway yard operations and maintain site organization.
• Utilize telehandlers, compact loaders, and other specialized machinery.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, including refueling and lubrication.
• Execute manual tasks and assist supervisors with additional operational duties as assigned.
• Strictly adhere to all safety rules and industry regulations to ensure a secure working environment.

Profile Required

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 60 lbs and work in heights or confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness and ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening.

Required Skills

• Light equipment operation (Telehandlers, Compact Loaders).
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of railway yard operations.
• Proficiency with manual tools.
• Welding skills (a significant plus).
