Operations Trainer

About the role

SLB New Energy & Industrial is looking for an Operations Trainer to support its Data Center infrastructure solutions business. The trainer will ensure that production staff have the knowledge and skills required to operate equipment safely and efficiently, contributing to the company’s production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on training on equipment operation, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures for new and existing production employees.
• Develop, update and maintain training manuals, visual aids and other learning materials.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback to supervisors and ensure competency before release to production.
• Coordinate with quality assurance and safety teams to keep training aligned with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate training records for audits and compliance purposes.
• Support onboarding, cross‑training initiatives and competency reassessments as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in heavy‑equipment operations.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
