Operations Supervisor, New Product Readiness

About the role

The Operations Supervisor, New Product Readiness will coordinate distribution center readiness for new product introductions, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping at launch.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the DC point of contact for multiple new product launches annually, partnering with product, supply chain, quality, systems, and commercial teams.
• Translate NPI requirements into operational actions across receiving, putaway, storage, picking, and shipping, coordinating space, labor, equipment, and WMS readiness.
• Support receiving, putaway, and slotting plans for new SKUs, validate picking paths, kitting logic, and packing configurations, and perform quality checks at receipt.
• Provide on‑floor support and training to DC associates, communicate status and risks, and resolve issues during launch windows.
• Track NPI operational metrics, participate in post‑launch reviews, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in distribution or warehouse operations, with experience supporting product launches or SKU onboarding.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work onsite in a warehouse environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools.
