Operations Supervisor - A320 (2nd Shift)

About the role

Airbus is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the A320 production line on the 2nd shift at its Mobile, AL manufacturing facility. The role provides technical leadership and oversees all manufacturing activities within the assigned station, ensuring coordination across multiple processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and supervise manufacturing activities within the station.
• Coordinate effectively between multiple supervised processes.
• Manage all tools and jigs, including their maintenance, repair, and calibration.
• Act as deputy for the Business Unit Leader when required.
• Manage station employees, including selection and performance management.

Required profile

• Demonstrated technical leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to act as deputy for senior leadership.
• Experience managing a team of manufacturing personnel.
