About the role
As an Operations Specialist at Apple Retail, you will ensure that products move smoothly through the store, maintaining availability for customers and supporting the overall shopping experience. You will work closely with the Operations Lead and store team to uphold Apple’s preservation standards and deliver items to both customers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Perform inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping in line with Retail Inventory processes.
- Fulfill product requests, delivering items from runner requests to customers and team members.
- Stay current with inventory process changes using communication and training resources.
- Execute demo and restocking tasks to support technology and merchandising priorities.
- Assist the Operations Lead with implementation and maintenance of Apple preservation standards.
- Support additional customer‑facing activities as needed.
Required profile
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by the store schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry products throughout the store and nearby areas.
- Customer‑focused mindset, serving both internal and external customers.
- Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player who shares responsibility and accountability.
- Trusted with sensitive or confidential information.
- Curious, open to learning, and supportive of colleagues’ growth.
