Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager leads end‑to‑end warehousing and distribution logistics, ensuring product development, production planning, quality control, and cost efficiency across a strategic network of facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products, including production planning, quality control, budgeting, and cost management.
• Coordinates manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers to optimize resource utilization and meet cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Reviews production reports, resolves operational and maintenance issues, and oversees shop‑floor administration and data reporting.
• Supervises up to five subordinate supervisors and over 50 employees across Special Projects, Shipping & Receiving, Packing, Order Processing, Routing, Inventory and Auditing departments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience, including at least 1 year in cold‑storage environments.
• Proven experience in fast‑paced, production‑based settings and warehouse performance management.
