Operations Manager – Global Business Consulting

About the role

Veeva is expanding its Global Business Consulting practice and needs an Operations Manager to own core operational processes. You will ensure smooth execution, drive efficiency, and provide data‑driven insights that enable field teams to scale worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Drive practice operational discipline by standardising best practices and influencing teams without direct authority.
• Enable data‑driven decision making through tracking metrics, generating insights and ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Audit and streamline workflows to eliminate friction, boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships and act as a collaborative thought partner across Veeva.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, anticipating operational challenges and pivoting as needed.
• Maintain process and system integrity, taking ownership of deliverables and fixing root‑cause issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of corporate or consulting experience improving or automating manual processes.
• Proven ability to manage relationships upward, downward and laterally in complex environments.
• Strong operations mindset with a focus on order, logic and structure.
