About the role

Endex is building the most sophisticated AI‑powered digital coworker native to Excel. As an Operations Lead in New York City, you will partner directly with the CEO to drive high‑impact initiatives, ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations, and shape the product roadmap for a fast‑growing fintech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategy by identifying, prioritising, and delivering critical initiatives alongside the CEO.
• Own day‑to‑day operational needs for customers, partners, and internal systems.
• Shape the product roadmap through customer insights, workflow analysis, and competitive research.
• Support go‑to‑market efforts, including sales conversations, pipeline optimisation, and marketing material creation.
• Research and validate new verticals to expand Endex’s agentic AI services.
• Lead recruiting, manage hiring bottlenecks, and build a high‑performing team.
